Everything was great, but cards malfunctioned.

The location was best possible and comfortable, close enough to the center square and main attractions. The rooms were brand-new and nicely decorated and complete with the patio, "balcony" plus twin beds.

Friendly staff, always willing to help. Buffet breakfast was superb, staff very efficient.

I appreciated the spacious layout and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were friendly. The pool area was beautiful, perfect for relaxation, and easily accessible for seniors.

More vegetarian options for breakfast would be nice.

The hotel provided avery comfy and tidy environment, perfect for business needs. The room was well-maintained, and the staff demonstrated excellent customer service throughout my stay. The breakfast included a wide selection of items, catering well to a variety of dietary preferences. The presence of a 24-hour business center with solid WiFi access was beneficial for my work-related activities.

Decent facility; good location for access to the icy of Guanajuato as well as the first & second class bus station (like to San Miguel de Allende); good complimentary breakfast.

Not a very pretty location on a very busy intersections; no airport transport which, had there been we would have stayed there again on departure.

Huge room, very comfortable, very nice personnel.

Be aware that the hotel is a few km from the city centre, so you will need to use cabs. The traffic in the city is very challenging.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the awesome breakfast and the helpful staff on duty during our 8 nights. The heated covered pool and direct access from our room were highlights. The shuttle service made exploring the area easy. Great value for comfort and convenience!

The breakfast was great with fresh options every day, and the staff were super friendly. The heated swimming pool was perfect for the kids. We had a comfortable stay in a standard room with two queen beds.

I found this hotel to be quite decent overall. The room remainedvery comfy and tidy, ideal for my needs during my business trip. Staff provided excellent customer service and were always willing to help. Breakfast had a wide selection, which I appreciated. The vegetarian options were limited, which could be a bummer if that's your preference. I faced some inconvenience with getting my room key reactivated multiple times . These cards kept deactivating, causing me to trek back to the front desk a few times. The front desk staff could use some friendly training. The location is good, with some retail and dining options nearby. A little more maintenance around the hotel wouldn't hurt either because I noticed some areas needing a little TLC.

The staff were friendly, providing excellent service throughout my 8 nights. The breakfast offered fresh fruit and pastries, a good start to each day.
